THE BEACH Sofa

Custom made fabric for the up-cycling of a sofa inspired by the sandy beach of Hoddevik, most western remote surf paradise Norway. Handwoven at the remote Ocean weavery house and design by textile designer Karina Siegmund, The Oceanweaver. Japanese paper yarn black and local wool from the norwegian old sheep race, that cabn be traced back to viking / bronze age times. The weaving yarn is specially designed by Karina Siegmund, and milled at a small mill in middle Norway, following principles of social entrepreneurship.
