COLLECTIONS
From my studio on the rugged western coast of Norway, I create woven art inspired by the ocean and the natural world around me. Living by the North Atlantic Sea, I draw endless inspiration from the coastal landscapes, the ever-changing light, the wild weather, and the deep cultural heritage of the Stad Peninsula. My work brings the essence of nature into your life, offering a sacred space for reflection, connection, and renewal, just like the ocean itself.
Below, find my limited-edition collections that bring together handwoven works, patterns, and immersive creations. Each series tells a story through material, texture, and design, offering one-of-a-kind pieces for collectors and spaces.

VIDDA
The Norwegian Mountain Plateau Cushion
Limited edition of a unique pillow, inspired by hiking in the nordic mountain plateaus. There you will find stones with green lichen on it, and for lichen to grow one needs undisturbed surfaces, lots of time and clean air.
In your hands you hold a high quality woven product, made out of a very robust woolen textile. Deep within the fjords, close to a glacier, in Norway, is the manufactury that wove the textile for this cushion.
No washing is needed, just gently scrub with water or a foamy upholstry cleaner over the textile. In though cases only use dry cleaning at your local laundry service.

STAD Rug
The Stad Rug collection are collectibles, one of a kind carpets, inspired by the Stadlandet peninsula, Westcoast Norway. The carpets are handwoven on a floor flatweave loom, in my remote studio by the sea. There are two kinds of carpets, soft and therapeutical. For the massage feature, to obtain a textured and tactile surface with therapeutic purpose, I added paper yarn.
Hovden Rug is one of a kind from the Stad Rug collection. Each rug is one of a kind and inspired by one of the five bays of Stad. The unique weaving technique and combination of material wool and paper, makes this rug healthy for your feet to walk on.
The design of Hovden Rug comes from my favorit coastal viewpoint of my local bay, from a skerry top down to the ocean whirlpool. From the mountain plateau of Hovden, you get a beautiful view over the white sandy beach kissing the tourqouise ocean. This rug is built from the same color pallette.
Materials used, wool from local norwegian sheep, paper and wool as a warp.
Ervik Rug is one of a kind from the Stad Rug collection. Each rug is unique and inspired by one of the five bays of Stad. The unique weaving technique and combination of fabric makes this rug healthy for your feet to walk on.
Ervik Rug has its design from the mountains surrounding the bay, and its partly rocky beach, and free gazing sheep and goats. It is our local surf spot, where we surf with eagles and seals in a rather arctic coastline atmosphere.
This carpet is a soft version, with only wool from local norwegian sheep in the weft and cotton as a weft.
Årvik
The Årvik Rug is one of a kind from the Stad Rug collection. Each rug is unique and inspired by one of the five bays of Stad. This carpet is a very soft variasjon, only wool is used as the weft material.
Inspired by the bay Årvik of Stadlandet, facing the north west, at the foot of west cape. Like this coastal village, Årvik Rug is a rough and solid item that can handle a storm
Materials, in the weft, norwegian wool from local sheep, and cotton in the warp.
